Windows 11 Mic not working

HelloMy laptop was working fine. Now the inbuilt mic (which I have to use connected to Bluetooth hearing aid) stopped working. I cannot dictate in Word and people do not hear me in Zoom. However, I can hear people and can hear google/utube...sounds fine.I tried every single suggestion to fix it that have been offered here and via google, Microsoft.I am stuck .
