Windows 11 Microphone access gets automatically disabled by Microsoft privacy settings in windows 11

I have a strange issue with microphone. when ever in Teams call the microphone gets automatically disabled . I then have to go to privacy settings and re enable access for Teams and desktop apps. However it gets disabled again after sometime. The microphone device is also disabled from Sound recording device .My windows specification is attached.Please suggest how to solve this issue.
