Windows 11 Microphone blocked after opening control panel and program named rundll32 is blocking my microphone

Hi, i just bought a new microphone for my laptop, but it didn't work after i use it for several weeks. the problem is rundll32 is actively using and blocking my microphone usage. I do every step on google like uncheck the listening to this device on control panel etc. but it still don't work, and i change to other mic and it work as fine, but as soon i open control panel again it start blocking my microphone again. Thats all the problem, i hope anyone can help me with this problem. Thanks!Note: I closed control panel before i use other app like discord and it not picking out voice from my micr
