Windows 11 Microphone is not recording anything but voice.

Since the latest Windows updates, my computer refuses to record anything except voice: guitar, clicks right next to the microphone, claps, anything. I have tried uninistalling updates, installing more recent ones, but nothing has helped. Earlier today I recorded a track with guitar and voice at the same time, and now, later the same day, my computer can't seem to handle that. I assume it's some kind of in-built noise reduction but I can't find any evidence of that or option to turn it off. No matter what microphone I use (USB mic or in-built) or application (Audacity or standard Windows Sound
