Windows 10 Microphone is on but there is only beeping

i plugged in a new mic first time trying one but only there is only beeping and no sound recorded even test tell me that there is 0 sound i don't have realtek audio on my pc i tried to install it but i couldn't i have a320m pro max motherboard
