Windows 11 Microphone Not Working on Windows 11 with HyperX Clutch Gladiate Controller Headset Connection

I have my HyperX Clutch Gladiate controller connected to my Windows 11 PC via USB, with a headset plugged into the controller’s 3.5mm audio jack. I can hear audio, but the microphone isn’t working. Windows detects both “Headphones (Xbox Controller)” and “Headset Microphone (Xbox Controller)” under Audio inputs, and “Xbox Controller” appears in Device Manager under Xbox Peripherals.I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps from a Microsoft forum post where another user had a similar issue with a different controller model (link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/headset-micro
