Windows 11 Microphone wont pick up my voice after I factory reset my computer.

I have already tried to fix it on my own for around an hour or so and at the time of me posting this I have tried the following; Installing drivers, setting to default, simple restart, turning off enhanced, as well as checking to make sure I'm on the right microphone.
