Windows 10 Microsoft Account 30 day lockout due to update of security method

My 19 year old god daughter university student attempted to uninstall a windows update (win 11 back to win 10 because she was nervous of the changes !) which has resulted in her laptop now requiring the bit locker security key. She logged into her microsoft account and noticed her second recovery e-mail was her high school e-mail so updated it to her mobile phone, however this now has resulted in the section of her microsoft account where the bit locker recovery key is stored being locked for 30 days.For the life of me I can not find any way for her to request microsoft wave the 30 days, so I
