Windows 11 Microsoft account date of birth

I bought a laptop for my son who is aged seven. I added his date of birth but my email address (he does not have one) but now I have an Microsoft account where my age is seven which I cannot change as only a guardian can change this. How do I change my date of birth within my Microsoft account? Thanks
