Windows 10 Microsoft account locked on laptop

Hello. I got email from microsoft that my account is hacked. So I locked my laptop microsoft login. But when I try to reset my password from mobile, microsoft website is not sending password reset code to reset my password via mail or mobile so I can't unlock my account from mobile by signing in. Why I can't reset my password and how to unlock microsoft account locked on laptop?* Changed to a question
