Windows 11 Microsoft Account

This morning I accidently deleted my user account. Now I have logged back in but my Apps are missing. Specifically Microsoft Office 2021 Professional and Microsoft Project 2021. Will I need to re-install or is there a way I can recover the Apps? The installation is on computer but I cannot see them.
