Windows 11 Microsoft All-in-One Media Keyboard Not working on Windows 11 Professional

Hello,Please help! I purchased a new Beelink AMD computer that is running Windows 11 Professional. I've attached a brand new Microsoft All-inOne Media keyboard. The keys on the keyboard work and interact with my system, although the touchpad does not. I've installed all of the required and optional Windows updates. I've installed the 64-bit driver for the keyboard. I've also tried to connect via each of the two USB 2 dongles that are at the front of the Beelink, and I've tried uninstalling the keyboard and restarting my system.
