Windows 11 Microsoft App Store not installed on windows 11 pc. How to install or get.

Hello, I purchased an Aegis series R MSI desktop a little over a week ago and have come to realize that the micorsoft app store application is not installed anywhere on this computer. I have searched for the application in using the search tool and have even tried to do some of the powershell commands from previous posts, but nothing has installed the program. This was not an upgrade from windows 10 to 11, this desktop came with windows 11.
