Windows 11 Microsoft apps open for no reason

I can play normally most of the time but after some time (like 10 minutes or so)but then suddenly Microsoft apps start opening like excell and word, also, Microsoft 365 opens up on my browser, some weird stuff starts to happen like when I press “T” on my keyboard Microsoft teams opens up and some of my keys just don’t seem to work, and instead opens Microsoft apps, how can I fix this?
