Windows 11 Microsoft authenticator prompt continues to refresh and attempt authentication.

My company computer is currently going through the motions. I logged into all my microsoft apps as usual, but about 10 minutes after I will be prompted with the authentication screen but with zero options on how to authenticate. Instead, it keeps refreshing constantly. It wouldn't be so bad if the authenticator didn't completely disable my PC whenever the prompt cycles. I have restarted my computer and re-logged onto my apps without any luck. I also opened every instance of every microsoft app to see if there was something happening in the background prompting the authenticator to validate.
