Try to transfer MS reward pts/cash to paypal and telephone number requested from Microsoft Account.Upon typing in Mobile telephone number I am told number is in use, suggestion to add telephone number into an ALIAS account and request a password reset failed, erased all accounts telephone numbers and tried again but failed.Rewards will expire and reasonable solution not found.
