This purchase has been a nightmare, I've never had such a terrible experience with a keyboard in all my years as developer.I tried to pair the keyboard to windows, something went wrong. I coudlnt pair my laptop on the Bluetooth channel 1 (B1). then I switch across bluetooth channels and I am only able to pair it in Channel B3. If I jump to the other channels and go back to B3 then it will somehow disconnect and not recognize the keyboard anymore.I looked for a factory reset button or method and looks like its not possible. I also cannot pair the keyboard to my android phone. Any possible solut
