Windows 11 Microsoft Defender says that in my PC are PUA:Win32/Packunwan and PUA:Win32/Softcnapp

Hi, In the case of PUA:Win32/Packunwan WinDefender lists 'C:\Users\.....\AppData\Local\Temp\nsaB446.tmp\LangDLL.dll' and 'C:\Users\.....\AppData\Local\Temp\nsiB24C.tmp\LangDLL.dll' as affected files, but they are NOT in the reported directory. I always select REMOVE from the options but nothing happens. The notification remains and there is always a yellow triangle with the Defender icon on the taskbar.I have also been getting a "PUA:Win32/Softcnapp" alert since March. The case is the same: the detected files are missing. But this time the problem was caused by a problematic Viber setup file.
