When I go to log into the administrative account on the laptop, the screen says the pin has been removed for security reasons, and when I go through the prompts of trying to reset the pin - nothing works. The screen keeps saying something along the lines of 'unable to load, try later," no matter how many times I restart the computer. Secondly, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome have stopped working all together. Every time I try to click on Edge, a box pops up saying it is not designed to run on windows or has an error. Google just sits here, I don't get a message from it.
