I have been struggling to get Microsoft Family working for nearly a year, Its just not safe for my son to use the computer without this working, after spending many many hours with microsoft help, and endless hours searching the web, I have got nowhere. However, I think finally I may have got towards the bottom of it - there are two problems I think.....Problem number 1: When I am on my sons laptop, logged in as the administrator, I see the following screen under Settings->Accounts->Familyif I click "allow sign in" next to my sons account, it creates an entire new duplicate account ra
