Windows 10 Microsoft family child's account is not showing any I can't get rid of that account in my account but they are still restricted on their PC. They are

My account does not show my stepdaughter but her account is/was restricted in my account. Now she is an adult and in University and has trouble getting into some sites. I can't delete her as her avatar does not show in the page for accounts I am managing over. My other daughter's account showed up and I deleted hers. On my stepdaughters PC it also shows nothing in the family page but her PC is still blocking sites with the Family program popping up a warning about it.
