Windows 11 Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth.... Cannot get rid of

HiTrying to disable or delete the Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth, but if I disable or uninstall it in the device manager, and then refresh, or reboot, it's right back there again.Wouldn't be so bad if I could find a control panel for it, or a volume control anywhere for it so I could mute it.Any help appreciated.B
