Windows 11 Microsoft is telling me i'm at the limit for devices that can be used for games and apps even though i only have 4 devices logged in.

I'm trying to play a game but it keeps giving me the "You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps from the Store." error message even though i only have 4 devices indicated.
