Windows 11 Microsoft keeps prompting me to sign in with an email account I use for University. How can I resolve this issue?

Microsoft keeps prompting me to login with my university email account. Every time I click exit, it keeps popping up and will not stop. When I enter my credentials it tell me my password is wrong. I do not want to sign in with any account. It keeps interfering with my work and it is driving me nuts. How can I get rid of this issue?
