Windows 10 Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator not working

Hi, i'm using an Italian layout keyboard and since i'm starting developing i want to be able to type tilde and backtick w/o having to search for them (not included in my basic it-it layout), however after trying the tool mentioned above i get the following error:"There was a problem building the keyboard file."log file:Error 2020 (..\.\tmpdev1.txt, line 30):VK_OEM_4 (db) found at scancode 0c and 1a.What can i do? I just want to assign tilde and backtick to their standard linux position with AltGrMy system info:SO Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
