Windows 11 Microsoft licensing in breach of contract, and deceptive trade practices law.

Microsoft advertised that the upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 would be free, and I have received a notice that my license is expiring, therefore if I have to buy another copy of windows 11, I am intending to sue Microsoft for breach of contract and deceptive trade practices. I understand that the [removed] who created this "free" program might have messed up their licensing database, but that should literally not be my problem, because that is called a bait and switch.
