Windows 10 Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 key configuration to paste test

I want to configure one of the "My Favorites' keys to paste some test whenever pressed. How do I do that?

eg. If I press 'My Favorites' key 1, it should paste 'Hello' on the program that is currently active like a word file or messenger.
