Windows 11 Microsoft Network Real-Time Inspection Service - uses all GPU's at the same time at 100%!? Why?

I have this issue that Microsoft Network Real-Time Inspection Service process starts itself up randomly and then using both my GPU's at the same time at 100%? Not only does it take up all GPU resources, it eventually over heats my whole system, which then shuts down!? I've seen GPU temps well above 90C before shutdown.
