Windows 11 Microsoft Office Online just doesn't log me in, it just returns to the login page and it just doesn't work

I am going to lose my mind. I'm trying to log in to my Microsoft Online account, in order to administrate my Microsoft Office license, and I am following this guide to do so: Unassign licenses from users - Microsoft 365 admin I click the link to "Licenses" in that guide it takes me to the login page. I log in, and fill in my username and password, verify with 2FA, and then it just takes me back to the login page.I've tried going to my Hotmail account, login (works), press my avatar in the top right corner, press "My Microsoft-account
