Windows 11 Microsoft paint now zooms to the top left corner whenever I zoom in using Microsoft paint regardless of where the zoom box is positioned.

I have one document at work I have to use paint on and when zooming in it is rather frustrating to have to slide the screen over after zooming a handful of times. Prior to upgrading to windows 11 the screen would zoom at least close to where the zoom box was positioned. When zooming I zoom into a part of the image that I could not even see on my screen. Since I have really small monitors at work I have increased the font size through windows to 125%. Changing it back did not seem to help any. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
