Windows 11 Microsoft Photos Build 2022.31060.3004.0 Printer errors

Microsoft Photos Build 2022.31060.3004.0 fails to use Epson or Adobe PDF printer drivers. Both Devices cause an Event Viewer entry of "Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 5. Access is denied." These drivers work perfectly in every other application which does printing... Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, Windows Explorer.exe context menu print. The previous Build of Microsoft Photos worked perfectly. About 2 weeks ago there was an update for Microsoft Photos (Windows 11 Insider) and this error occurred since.
