Windows 11 Microsoft preventing Calibre download from opening

Having downloaded the latest CALIBRE App, it will not open and a window message states "The App you are trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app". I have used Calibre for several years without problem. I tried deleting my older version then downloading Caliber again, without success. So i am stuck with digital books somewhere on my computer, but cannot see them to read!
