Windows 11 Microsoft Safety Scanner 1.373.1508.0 removed threats but doesn't say which files it's removed them from?

Hi,I performed a Full Scan using Microsoft Safety Scanner 1.373.1508.0 and it found 57 threats but the end of the scan just states doesn't which files it's removed threats against and there's nothing in the log (see below)?
