Dear Community,After using Windows 11 Home for more than a year without having any problems, 2 months ago it started freezing completely and become unresponsive. The only solution found at that moment was to restart Windows.I decided to reformat my PC again with Windows 11 Home and start from scratch. After a couple of days, the problem came back.Last week I was able to diagnose that somehow is my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard for Business (5KV-00001) that is actually giving me problems.
