Windows 10 Microsoft Store and Various MS Apps Not Working at all After Win 10 Pro Re-Install

I recently had to re-install Win10 Pro THREE times! It is finally working...BUT... now most of the resident MS apps (like Snip, Camera, Recorder, etc) are not working at all and I can't even access the MS Store. I can't find any fixes for that and I do not want to reinstall Win 10 again. Advice appreciated. Thanks.
