Windows 11 Microsoft Store application launches blank.

Hi, I am an application developer. I create and distribute desktop applications for Windows using a GUI library called Kivy in Python.I recently published my MSIX application to the Microsoft Store.https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/ifacialmocap-powered-by-nvidia-broadcast/9N01FGS2ZK3X Then one user told me that the app starts up blank. Since I also publish exe files that are not MSIX apps, I asked him to download and install the exe file from outside the Microsoft Store. He then said the app would launch with no problem.
