Windows 10 Microsoft Store downloads stuck on pending.

I own Xbox Gamepass, Error happened while downloading the Minecraft bundle. When the Minecraft bundle reached %50 on progress bar. İt gave me an error message (Error code was 0x803FB10). I ignored it and tried to download the game again, Then the game got stuck in queuing/pending situation forever. İt doesn't just happen with the Minecraft Bundle. Every time I try to download something from the MS store, this happens. The methods I used:Rebooting the machine.Using the torubleshooter for Windows store. (Nothing appeared)Resetting MS store with settings app, wsreset and powershell commands
