I have bought and payed for Forza Horizon 4 on this Microsoft account, the payment and everything went through fine. But when i installed the game i couldn't open it, I typed Forza Horizon 4 in the search bar and opened it, but the game opened onto a grey screen then shutdown. I opened the file location of the game and every single file was encrypted. I opened properties and gave my account Full Access to the game folder but it still was encrypted.
