Windows 11 Microsoft store is gone how can I fix it?

So, I recently reset my PC and It has been running great, although for some reason my Microsoft store is gone and I have been encountering the error as unable to open ms-windows-store link. I have been following along with some tutorials and I have used the command Unable to install because the following apps need to be closed Microsoft.GamingServices_16.83.11001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.
