Windows 11 Microsoft Store - Parental Controls - Block Install of Any Apps

Setting up parental controls for a child's account. Works as intended, but there are multiple apps (e.g. web browsers) that can still be downloaded that when installed and used aren't blocked by either the Microsoft family protection or by a third party parental controls software I have installed. Is there a way of either a) blocking a user from accessing the Microsoft store completely or b) reporting inappropriate age ratings for apps like browsers (these should not be PEGI 3!)?
