Windows 11 Microsoft store problem.

So if i go to the microsoft store, i search up adobe photoshop and it says installed. If i do Windows + S and search up photoshop it doesnt show up.i have tried alot, i have searched everywhere but i just cant find the solution.It also says File(s) failed to upload when i try to add photos
