Windows 11 Microsoft Store stuck at Pending on Windows 11

Whatever I try, I cannot get MS Store to download any apps. I have tried running the wsreset.exe command. I have reset the Store, cleared the cache. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out and in. Even tried changing the languages etc. Nothing seems to work. Whatever app I download gets stuck on pending. Any app I try and updated gets stuck in an infinite spinning loop. Wired internet connection, 500Mbps down.I am going crazy here. I just want WhatsApp for desktop!!!
