Windows 11 Microsoft store will not install any apps. Unable to switch out of s mode.

I have tried all of the suggestions and no luck (reset/repair). Command prompt will not open. I changed several things from manual to automatic. I reset the computer, but still nothing changed. I tried to download the quick assist to receive help remotely, but the Microsoft store has a message that says something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. HELP! I just want to talk to someone to try to resolve the issue. I have Windows 11 home in S mode.
