Windows 11 microsoft store wont download Minecraft launcher, just greys out install when clicked

ive tried installing the launcher from mincraft.net it says unable to connect to the microsoft store then redirects me to the store AND the microsoft store it just greys out on once install is clicked. or if if manages to get past that it greys out on where it will install the game and is in a forever loading loop. and yes i cleared the store cache. would like to add ive played Minecraft and had this installed on this computer before!
