The Microsoft Store will not open, which I need to download the Xbox App. Also, Windows Defender Firewall is turned off and gives me the error 0x8007042c when trying to change the properties. I have read through different pages for hours trying to find a solution and still nothing works. I have ran commands in the command prompt and powershell and even tried to download support packages that would help, but it still does not work.
