I initially had a support ticket with a Windows Activation problem, when updating my BIOS on my computer that has a working copy of Windows 11, i returned to my desktop after the update to be faced with my computer telling me that I do not have a copy of windows. I contacted support and gave control of my desktop to the support for the agent to have to give a hard reset install that wiped 3rd party applications from my computer, saying it will install a true version of windows on my computer after. This was not the case as I came back on and have the same issue after the lengthy reset. I opene
