Windows 11 Microsoft Surface Studio 1 doesnt charge past 0% (Cannot run on battery)

Hello. I have a Microsoft surface laptop studio. My charger works correctly, and it displays the charging icon, however it will not let me run on battery and shuts down when I plug the laptop out. The "Power & Battery" tab shows 0% but charging, and the Surface app wont let me "Charge to 100%". Attached are photos of battery settings, please help.
