Windows 11 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable security alerts

Hello. I was notified of Microsoft Visual 2010 C++ Redistributable vulnerability alerts on Windows server 2019. However, I don't have any .NET of Visual Studio based apps running. I don't see Visual Studio installed anywhere. I am trying to find where the exe or dlls related to the Redistributable are located. I see it , among a few other years (2008 C++ Redstributable, etc) in Add Remove Programs but can't find a file path. Is there a way to find these and do you think I could just remove? thank you so much.
