Hello,Since August 17th my Laptop (ASUS TUF Dash F15 FX516PC) randomly screen freezes. The screen becomes unresponsive to any input for a minute or so, then the fans run on full force for another minute and then the computer just goes black and shuts down. Concurrently with this issue, the computer can't enter sleep mode, it will shut down instead deleting without saving any open documents and such. When I start the computer back up, everything seems fine, but the same problem reoccurs usually within an hour. I have no idea why this happens, I have tried to purge all files from the computer an
