Windows 11 Microsoft Windows Operating System has stopped woring according to the reliability monitor

Hello, I was doing my weekly reliability monitor check when I saw a report that the OS has stopped working and was closed out. This was reported as soon as I opened the reliability monitor, here is an image. The odd part is that nothing had crashed or failed, but I still got this report. Any help?
